What we know about Sanji so far

Sanji is at the heart of ONE PIECE: Grand Gourmet: officially, you develop new dishes together with him while working at the second Baratie.

Whether he also works as staff you can assign, and what he likes as a customer, has not been revealed yet.

Sanji in ONE PIECE

Sanji is the cook of the Straw Hat Pirates. He debuts in chapter 43, "Introducing Sanji," as the sous chef of the Baratie, the floating restaurant run by his mentor and adoptive father, Red-Leg Zeff, in the East Blue.

The Baratie feeds anyone who is hungry, a rule Zeff and Sanji share after nearly starving together when Sanji was a child. Sanji follows it even when it means feeding an enemy.

He fights only with kicks, in his Black Leg Style, so he never damages his hands, which a chef depends on. Many of his moves are named after French cuts of meat and cooking terms. His dream is to find the All Blue, a legendary sea where fish from every ocean meet.
